By using the VHM Academy website, the VHM Academy mobile app or the VHM TV app, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage your account.
The service
VHM Academy provides recorded video lessons, notes, worksheets and quizzes for school subjects, government exam preparation and skills. Some courses and preview lessons are free; others need a paid plan.
Accounts
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; activity on your account is your responsibility.
- Parents are responsible for the child profiles they create and for the TVs they sign in.
- One account is for one family. Do not share it outside your household.
Plans and payments
- Each plan shows its price, what it unlocks, how long it lasts and how many learner profiles it covers before you pay. Prices include GST unless stated.
- Plans are paid in advance and are not renewed automatically. Buying the same plan again adds the time after your current period.
- When you upgrade, the unused value of your current paid plan is taken off the new price.
- Coupons have their own conditions shown at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- See our refund policy.
Content
All lessons and materials belong to VHM Academy or its instructors. They are licensed for personal study by the learners in your account only, during the plan period. Do not record, download outside the apps, copy, resell or share them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other accounts, share paid content, or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; paid amounts for misuse are not refunded.
Availability and changes
We work to keep VHM Academy available at all times, but there may be short interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update courses to keep them current, and may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat have jurisdiction.
